We’reseeking a future team member for the role of Vice President,Release Train Engineer to join our team. This role can be based outof our Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA offices – Hybrid.

Overview:

The Release Train Engineer (RTE) is a servant leader and coach inour Platform Operating Model . The RTE’s major responsibilities areto facilitate development events and processes, assist teams indelivering value, and drive relentless improvement. This roleinvolves communication with stakeholders, escalation ofimpediments, risk management, and fostering a culture of continuousimprovement. We welcome you to apply! Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate and organize medium tolarge scale planning events which align multiple Agile teamsworking on development projects
  • Help teams meet goals and delivervalue.
  • Ability to communicate with leadership, stakeholders andbusiness owners as well as escalate impediments.
  • Manage risks anddependencies, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement and integration.
  • Coach leaders,teams, and Scrum Leaders in the Platform Operating model and Agilemethodologies.
  • Manage and optimize program flow, facilitatinglarge scale planning events and readiness.
  • Aggregate Team PIObjectives into Program PI Objectives.
  • Track and report status,ensuring value delivery.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’sdegree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalentwork experience required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8 years ofexperience in providing consulting advice to senior IT and businessmanagement required; experience in the securities or financialservices industry is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean-Agileprinciples, practices, frameworks, and methods.
  • Understanding ofcompany organizational model, structure, and Agile journey history.
  • Effective facilitation and teaching methods.
  • Coaching andmentoring approaches, including the distinction between the two.
  • Ability to drive decisions and resolve conflicts across multipleparties.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience successfullyrunning agile projects of varying size and complexity.
