Your Role:
Lead Engineering Supervisor
- Be the architect of engineering leadership, steering the Engineering, Maintenance, MRO, and Quality teams to new heights of productivity and cost efficiency.
Oversee the capital expenditures and cultivate the technical prowess within your team. Ensure meticulous maintenance of plant facilities and production gear. Pioneer capital budget management and deployment. Actively identify and seize opportunities for capital expansion. Facilitate the submission and execution of Capital Asset Requests. Empower production with engineering support and resources. Coalesce manufacturing and technical strategies. Administer budgets encompassing technical salaries, maintenance costs, and utilities. Chart capital improvements aligned with budgetary goals. Forge dynamic cross-functional teams to enhance collaborative synergy. Lead talent acquisition, compensation, performance assessments, and disciplinary proceedings. Safeguard exceptional housekeeping for workplace safety. Maintain open communication lines with operators and supervisors. Swiftly resolve and report any safety hazards. Commit to excellent attendance and safety record. Embrace other assignments as they arise.
What We Look For:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is strongly preferred. Proven industrial maintenance prowess. Minimum of seven years in a manufacturing and engineering capacity. Masterful project and process management skills. Five years in leadership and managerial roles. Adherence to corporate policies and conduct. Familiarity with 6S, A3, and continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency in CMMS, with a nod to Maintenance Connection and SAP.
