Responsibilities:

The I&C Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design and modification of digital control systems for nuclear power plants. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in nuclear plant design and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

Team Leadership & Management :

Lead and manage a team of 60+ I&C design engineers. Oversee personnel management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Foster team development and a collaborative work environment

Operational Efficiency :

Ensure high utilization and productivity of the engineering team. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team

Quality & Technical Excellence :

Maintain and enhance the quality of design outputs

Client & Business Support :

Support proposal development and client interactions

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of experience including a minimum of 5 years supporting the commercial nuclear power industry, or similar Extensive experience in designing digital control systems Proven experience in nuclear plant design Professional Engineering (PE) license Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Commitment to continuous improvement and high-quality standards Salary Range The salary range for this full-time position is below. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additional Benefits Included Hybrid work schedules, Alternative work schedules, Professional Engineer License Training and Incentives, 401K plan with employer match, tuition reimbursement and much more. All new hires are eligible for benefits upon their start date.
