Salary:

Job Details Key Responsibilities:

Lead andoptimize national distribution strategy, ensuring consistent,high-quality service and minimal disruption to restaurantoperations. Oversee all demand planning and forecasting related toproduct promotions, national campaigns, and limited-time offerings(LTOs). Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to alignsupply decisions with strategic business initiatives. Managedistributor relationships, performance metrics, compliance, andcontract terms across a multi-region footprint. Lead and mentorteams across supply management and distribution functions. Identifyand implement opportunities for cost savings, service improvement,and supply chain innovation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

15 years ofprogressive supply chain leadership in foodservice, restaurant, orretail distribution environments. Proven experience managingnational distribution networks and high-volume forecasting(particularly with LTOs or promotional items). Strong background insupplier/distributor contract management and performanceimprovement. High EQ with ability to influence cross-functionalstakeholders across operations, marketing, finance, andfranchisees. Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performingteams while fostering a collaborative and accountable culture.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain,Business, Finance, or related field; MBA a plus. Experience workingwith national or regional foodservice distributors (e.g., McLane,US Foods, PFG, SYGMA).
