Johnson Service Group (JSG) is currently looking for a CostManager to support capital budget development for projectportfolios. This is a contract to potential direct hire opportunitywith one of the world’s most respected design, engineering, andproject management consultancies and will be located in AtlantaGA. Pay:
$60/hour Responsibilities Gathers, logs and summarizes project data to be used in technicalstudies or project performance reviews. Develops monthly project forecasts, cash flows, and varianceexplanations. Develops payment applications. Reviews all change orders in accordance with the client’s approvalprocess. Reviews and facilitates the approval of project invoices. Develops cost profiles. Assists with the annual budgeting process. Education Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field,plus 5+ years of relevant experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Must be highly articulate and have a clear and analytical approachto problem solving. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
