Summary:

Provide overall vision, planning, direction and control in order to meet or exceed operational and financial goals. Ensure contract requirements have been executed at a level above the stated standards and strive for complete Customer Satisfaction with all internal and external customers. Candidates can be located in

South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia or Tennessee Essential Functions:

Retain 100% of Customers Meet budgeted projected Gross Profit Contract Administration Maintain Sales Goals of Top 20 clients Provide leadership and vision to the organization by assisting with the development of long range and annual plans and the evaluation and reporting of progress on plans. Hire, train, develop and retain the best management team Build key relationships internally and externally Organize, direct and control operational activities, so as to achieve specified cost and profit objectives and ensure that all work is performed in accordance with contract specifications Confer and report to SVP required reporting data Manage job costing Develop and use operational budget to monitor and control account costs Monitor customer complaint processing Periodic building inspections Ensure ‘Best Practices’ are utilized Continuous Improvement of policies and procedures Develop and manage the goals and timelines of the tactical plan

Skills/Qualifications:

5-10 years’ Facility Management/Maintenance related experience Effective Communication Skills
