We are seeking an experienced and strategic Engineering Director to lead multiple engineering teams in building and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performing SaaS solutions in the healthcare space. This role involves people leadership, technical oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely delivery, innovation, and alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and mentor multiple engineering teams and technical leads. Ensure high-quality delivery of product initiatives aligned with the strategic roadmap. Collaborate with product, design, and operations to define technical vision and priorities. Drive hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development for engineering talent. Promote engineering best practices, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Oversee cloud-based infrastructure, development pipelines, and system operations. Maintain a strong culture of compliance, security, and audit-readiness in a regulated environment. Manage global delivery models, including onshore and offshore engineering resources.
Required Qualifications:
8 to 10 years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role. Proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams.
