We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Market Director to lead and expand operations within your assigned territory. This strategic role oversees all aspects of regional performance, including sales, operations, customer relationships, financial outcomes, and team leadership. ________________________________________
Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership:
Drive regional sales efforts to meet or exceed revenue targets. Support business development initiatives and foster strong client relationships.
Operational Oversight:
Manage daily operations across all active projects, ensuring schedules, quality, and safety standards are met.
Financial Management:
Own the market’s profit and loss performance. Monitor financial metrics and identify growth and efficiency opportunities.
Client Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients in the market, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
Team Development:
Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team. Promote a culture of accountability, performance, and professional development.
Compliance & Quality:
Ensure all work adheres to company policies, building codes, OSHA regulations, and other applicable laws.
Reporting & Analysis:
Deliver accurate and timely reports on sales performance, project status, and financial health.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with executive leadership to implement strategic plans and support long-term business objectives.
Market Expansion:
Identify and pursue new project opportunities. Strengthen the company’s presence and reputation in the regional market.
Budget Oversight:
