Qualifications:

Proven experience leading and scaling product design teams in high-growth, consumer-facing companies (e.g., social media, mobile gaming, e-commerce, or similar). Deep expertise in user-centered design, UX research, and interaction design. Strong portfolio demonstrating a history of delivering innovative and impactful product experiences. Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Experience driving social engagement and gamification of products. Experience with mobile first design. Experience with data driven design. A passion for innovation and a deep understanding of emerging design trends.
