Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and coordinate electrical projects from concept through completion. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a company on an upward trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to define project requirements and technical specifications. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or delays. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, electrical codes, and quality standards. Conduct regular site visits to oversee installations and resolve field challenges. Prepare and present project updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience managing electrical projects, preferably in commercial, industrial, healthcare, or infrastructure environments. Strong understanding of electrical systems, including both low and high voltage applications. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform under pressure. PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
