Educational Background Required:
Successfully completed Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics, Business Administration/Management or similar. Skills and Training Entrepreneurial Spirit, Collegiality, Reliability, Courage Automotive industry knowledge. Essential Functions Required for Job Project management during phasesall phases of the program. Management of the existing interdisciplinary teams in accordance with the project requirements. internal on the base of inputs from the departments (project team) during the project reviews. Lead project meetings according to project requirements 5 phases APQP including project closure meeting. Plan and take part in project specific customer audits in the plant and support respective departments. Build the project timing for all the stages and consider all the customer milestones from the customer. Updating and tracking the KPIs. Key customer interface or contact person for project related documents. Coordination of the customer communication in accordance with the project team. Store program data into relevant data platform / Store location.
