This position will collaborate closely with Senior Leaders to drive the technology strategy, infrastructure, security, and operations and will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiencies, decision support, automation, and overall digital transformation. This position manages budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations to optimize cost-effectiveness with high service standards. Proven ability to lead complex systems and data projects associated with M&A, including but not limited to the separation of data & technology platforms into stand-alone businesses, operational separation, and/or integrations Champions emerging technologies, drives innovation, and ensures digital enablement. Oversees the management and optimization of critical business systems Establishes strong governance, cybersecurity frameworks, and regulatory compliance Manages IT budgets, optimizes spending, and demonstrates financial acumen Collaborates with C-suite, vendors, and key internal and external stakeholders Manages and supports both internal systems and customer-facing systems to ensure they meet business needs Ensures robust, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure that aligns with business needs. Requires thoughtful data architecture vs. heavy core systems investment.
