JobDetails Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of engineers invarious projects, ensuring that they are completed successfully, ontime, and within budget. Develop and manage comprehensive projectbudgets, providing regular financial reports to senior management.

Oversee the engineering design process, ensuring that all designsmeet the necessary requirements and standards. Foster a culture ofinnovation, encouraging team members to come up with new ideas andsolutions. Develop and implement strategic plans for theengineering department, aligning them with the overall goals of thecompany. Ensure that all engineering projects, initiatives, andprocesses are in conformance with the organization’s establishedpolicies and objectives. Coordinate with other departments toensure smooth execution of projects. Maintain a safe and healthywork environment by establishing, following, and enforcingstandards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations.

Provide technical leadership and support to the team, fostering aculture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

Aminimum of a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. Amaster’s degree or higher will be an added advantage. At least 5years of experience in a leadership role in the Upfitting & vehiclecustomization industry, with a proven track record of successfullyoverseeing large-scale engineering projects. Strong knowledge ofengineering design processes, project management, and budgeting.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the abilityto motivate and inspire team members. Strong decision-making skillsand the ability to solve complex problems. Excellent communicationskills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to avariety of audiences. Proficiency in using project managementsoftware and other relevant computer applications. A commitment tocontinuous professional development. Interested in hearing more?
