Job Description
Audubon is currently seeking a Director of Gas Processing to join our team. The Director of Gas Processing is a key leadership role at Audubon, reporting directly to the Business Line Vice President/Manager. This individual will provide both technical expertise and strategic direction within the Midstream industry, serving as a subject matter expert in gas processing. The Director will represent Audubon as a trusted leader within the company and to our clients. This role works closely with Audubons executive leadership and project execution teams to support both new business opportunities and existing client relationships.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides Audubon leadership with customer
- Assist in develop and implement strategic objectives
- Provide technical expertise and guidance during project phasesconceptual design, FEED (Front End Engineering Design), detailed engineering, start-up
- Oversee the design and work of natural gas midstream facilities including cryogenic gas plants, dehydration units, amine treating units, NGL fractionation plants, and compressor stations
- Experience and working knowledge in process simulations, HYSYS, PROMAX
- Support clean energy projects including carbon capture, hydrogen, and low carbon fuels
- Technical Business Development Support
- Active involvement in industry organizations
- Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies and process innovations to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and environmental performance
- Mentor and recruit
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Education/ Licensure Preferred:
BS Chemical Engineering

Experience Required:
Minimum of 10+ years of industry related experience
- Communicates effectively with customers to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies
- Continually defines ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships
- Maintains lasting customer relationships
- Provides senior level resolution to customer issues.
