Full Job Description About Pittbos :

Pittbos is a software company purpose-built for the asphalt and aggregates industry. We help producers and pavers take control of their costs, create accurate mix designs, and improve quoting and margin performance — all from a modern, intuitive platform designed by industry experts.

Overview:

We are seeking a Product Implementation Lead to oversee the successful onboarding and adoption of the Pittbos platform for asphalt and aggregates producers. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in asphalt mix design and quality control and has a strong ability to guide customers through implementation and maximize platform value. While the primary focus is on delivering high-quality onboarding experience, this role also assists the sales team with interactive, on-site product demonstrations and occasionally supports Customer Service with high-level industry-specific inquiries. Additionally, this individual plays a key role in relaying field-level insights to the product team to guide future platform enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Sales through

Product Demonstrations :

Support the sales cycle by delivering interactive, high-impact product demonstrations.

Onboarding, Implementation, and Adoption :

Deliver in-person, white-glove onboarding experiences tailored to each customer’s mix design needs and operational cost structures. Serve as Subject Matter Expert on Mix Design and Quality Control Assist Customer Service with Escalated Industry Inquiries Translate Field Insights into

Product Improvements:

Act as a conduit between customers and the product team by collecting and communicating actionable feedback.

Minimum Requirements:

5+ years of experience in asphalt and aggregates quality control at the plant level. 5+ years of experience developing asphalt and aggregate mix designs. 2+ years of experience in asphalt installation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with Asphalt Industry technical professionals. Comfortable with modern software tools and technology. Willingness to travel 25-50% (primarily within New England and Eastern U.S.). Social media and content creation experience.

Preferred Attributes:

Bachelor’s degree, ideally in engineering (Civil, Materials, or Construction). Experience with construction tech or estimating software. SaaS, technical training, implementation, or customer success background Experience working cross-functionally with product or development teams
