Thisis an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to applytheir skills and knowledge in a fast-paced, sales-focusedenvironment. The VP of Strategy & Transformation will beresponsible for driving strategic initiatives to enhanceoperational performance, improve business processes, and delivertransformational change across the organization. The successfulcandidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong track record inproject management, cost savings, and process optimization,preferably within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a strategic plan that aligns with thecompany’s overall business goals and objectives. Lead and managestrategic initiatives aimed at improving operational performanceand enhancing business processes. Drive transformational changeacross the organization, fostering a culture of continuousimprovement and innovation. Identify and implement cost-savingmeasures to improve the company’s bottom line. Use KPI analysis tomonitor and report on the effectiveness of strategic initiatives,making adjustments as necessary to ensure success. Collaborate withcross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration ofstrategies and initiatives. Provide leadership and guidance to thestrategy team, fostering an environment that encouragesprofessional growth and development. Stay abreast of industrytrends and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning anddecision making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business,Finance, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree ispreferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic rolewithin the sales industry. Experience in the automotive industry isa plus. Six Sigma Black Belt certification Proven track record inoperational improvements, business process improvement, projectmanagement, transformation, and cost savings. Strong knowledge ofKPI analysis and process optimization. Demonstrated ability todrive business transformation and manage change effectively.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the abilityto inspire and motivate others. Exceptional strategic thinking andproblem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisionsbased on data and insights. Strong communication and interpersonalskills, with the ability to build relationships and influencestakeholders at all levels of the organization. Interested inhearing more?
