The Vice President, Delivery Lead plays a pivotal role within the Strategic Services team, operating at the intersection of client relationship management, digital project delivery, and internal software adoption. This role is split between two key functions: leading strategic client engagements and driving the internal operational improvement and adoption of our proprietary platform. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader—someone who can expand and deepen existing client relationships while ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across teams. This person thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and brings the ability to lead through ambiguity while enabling scalable success across both people and platforms.

MANAGERS RESPONSIBILITIES
: Client Delivery & Growth Serve as the senior delivery lead and primary relationship owner for key client accounts. Drive account growth by identifying expansion opportunities and deepening strategic engagement. Lead cross-functional delivery teams to ensure on-time, high-quality execution of digital initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, aligning program goals with client business outcomes. Internal Operations & Software Adoption Lead internal adoption and optimization of the company’s proprietary software platform. Identify and implement process improvements that enhance service delivery and client value. Use data and insights to inform operational decision-making and product enablement strategy. Partner with internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Customer Success) to improve platform usability and team integration. Team Leadership Directly manage a team of 3-5 project managers, supporting their development and delivery performance. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and client-centricity across the Strategic Services team. What it takes to succeed in this role
QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years of experience in operations, project/program management, or strategic consulting. Proven track record of growing client accounts, driving delivery excellence, and managing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Strong business acumen with the ability to assess client environments, competitive dynamics, and organizational readiness. Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Adept at balancing strategic thinking with detailed execution. Demonstrated ability to lead through change and operate effectively in ambiguous, evolving environments. PMP certification required. MBA or master’s degree preferred but not required.

Compensation Range:
We offer a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. The compensation range for this position is $125,000- $150,000 annually, with potential for bonuses, stock and additional benefits. EEO & Accessibility Statement
