K JobDetails Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement the company’stechnology strategy, aligning it with the company’s business goals.2. Oversee the management of all technology infrastructure,ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance. 3. Managethe technology budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and valuedelivery. 4. Lead the technology team, providing guidance,mentorship, and fostering a high-performance culture. 5. Developand implement IT policies and best practices, ensuring adherence toindustry standards 6. Oversee the management of vendorrelationships and outsourcing agreements. 7. Serves as anorganizational expert in all key components of Salesforce andapplies practical solutions to business problems to streamlineoperations. 8. Drives innovation in our solutions, optimizingpayment processing, financial reporting, and risk managementsystems. Ensures seamless integration of Salesforce with otherbusiness platforms. 9. Ensure the company’s data architecture isrobust, scalable, and secure 10. Develop and monitortechnology-related KPIs, providing regular updates to seniormanagement. 11. Ensure the company’s technology operations andprocedures adhere to all compliance laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

1. 15 years of experience in technology leadershiproles, with a focus on strategy and operations. 2. Proven executionleader who’s led teams through delivery bottlenecks and rebuilds.3. Skilled people manager who isn’t afraid to confrontunderperformance and restructuring of teams. 4. Hands-on with Azureenvironments and familiar with Salesforce delivery integration. 5.Strategic contributor, but not a visionary type – willing to followand support an existing product and architecture vision. 6. Provensuccess in fintech, with deep knowledge of financial systems,payment processing, and risk management. 7. Expertise in AI/ML,cloud architecture (esp. Azure), and modern development tools. 8.Prior experience leading engineering and data science teams toscale B2B and B2C products. Interested in hearing more?
