Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or technology.
- 6+ years of experience in Protection & Control, or 8+ years in broader electrical engineering roles preffered
- A Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with short circuit analysis tools (such as ASPEN OneLiner, CAPE, ETAP), Relay Programming, and protection coordination analysis
- Solid understanding of power system fundamentals, protection principles, and industry standards
Job Summary:
As part of AVANGRID’s engineering team, you will be responsible for the design and configuration of automation, data collection, protection, and control equipment subsystems. You will work on our extensive electric delivery infrastructure, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective completion of projects.
