Role Summary The Senior Prefabrication Integration Manager is responsible for managing Prefabrication execution on client programs. This includes relationship building with key designers, trade partners, and manufacturers. This position will be responsible for creating and maintaining training/planning materials, coaching project teams, and helping all employees understand and apply Prefabrication principles to their programs. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision and values of JE Dunn.

Makes decisions within defined limits of authority and consults supervisor on other decisions.

PREFABRICATION INTEGRATION MANAGEMENT FAMILY
  • CORE Responsible for leading project-level support efforts that include: Collaboration with project teams during preconstruction and construction phases to establish parameters for project-specific prefabrication strategies, and develop execution plans for successful delivery of prefabrication
    Capturing necessary metric tracking for identified prefabrication plans
    Contributing to project teams as subject matter expert for specific client projects Responsible for learning and implementing client specific prefabrication program on projects.

This will include working with JE Dunn prefabrication program lead as well as other project prefabrication leads from other companies within program. Collaboration with field, operations, and support positions at the project level. This includes JE Dunn’s Mechanical/Electrical divisions, Virtual Design & construction, scheduling, etc. May support multiple projects at the same time as it relates to prefabrication.
Assists in development of prefab lessons learned and best practices. This includes refining a comprehensive catalogue of implementation guides.
Assists in development of processes and resources that support a comprehensive internal (eg. differentiation, labor and profitability) and external (eg. cost, schedule, safety, quality) metric-driven business case for prefabrication advantages over traditional methods.
Collaborates with prefabrication management and leadership on contribution of project specific prefabrication execution processes that serve as a guide for teams to lead or assist.
Partners with self-perform prebuild leadership to guide and develop JE Dunn’s Design for Manufacture & Digital Fabrication capabilities.
Works with prefabrication leadership on contribution to the development of JE Dunn’s prefabrication strategy and the tactical implementation. Key Role Responsibilities

In addition, this position will be responsible for the following: Leads support efforts on the project level that include contributing to project teams as subject matter expert for specific client programs.
Responsible for learning and implementing client specific prefabrication programs on projects. This includes working with program leads from other companies within the client programs. Assists in development and contributes to internal communication channels for prefab lessons learned and best practices. This includes refining a comprehensive prefabrication product catalogue and implementation guides.
Partners with prefabrication leadership on contribution of national and project-specific prefabrication execution processes that serve as a guide for teams to lead or assist.
Identifies, develops, and maintains network of preferred designers, trade partners and suppliers to facilitate successful integration of prefabrication into our project delivery performance relative to the prefabrication strategy.
May manage multiple projects at the same time as it relates to prefabrication execution. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Communication skills, verbal and written

    Knowledge of BIM quality procedures, overall processes and application in the AEC industry•Advanced
    Ability to manage budgets, maximize profitability and generate future work through building relationships
    Technical market expert with knowledge of industry trends, innovations, etc.

Knowledge of project processes and how each supports the successful completion of a project
Ability to build relationships with team members that transcend a project
Ability to build relationships and collaborate within a team, internally and externally Education Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture or related field (Preferred)
In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered Experience 8+ years manufacturing and/or engineering experience (Required)
8+ years people management experience (Preferred) Working Environment Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
May require extensive periods of travel
Must be willing to work non-traditional hours to meet project needs
May be exposed to extreme conditions (hot or cold)
Assignment location may include project sites and/or in the office
Frequent activity: Sitting, Viewing Computer Screen
Occasional activity: Standing, Walking, Bending, Climbing, Reaching above Shoulder, Pushing, Pulling
