This position plays a key role in driving cross-functional collaboration and supporting strategic business goals through structured project execution. Supervisory Responsibilities This role does not include direct supervisory authority but requires strong leadership of crossfunctional teams, including task delegation, coordination, and accountability tracking. Duties & Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Define project goals, technical requirements and resource needs. Lead crossfunctional teams across engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and external vendors. Conduct regular project status updates and adjust plans as needed to maintain progress. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes. Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, customer specifications, and internal quality requirements. Support new product introductions, process improvements, and design changes. Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation including project plans, technical reports, and postproject reviews. Follow all safety and company policies and guidelines. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to drive accountability across teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Thorough attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Solid understanding of engineering documentation and manufacturing processes. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related engineering discipline. 5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing or engineering setting preferred. PMP certification preferred. Experience with CAD software (e.g. CREO, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and ERP/PLM systems (e.g. Netsuite, SAP) is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time. Must be able to travel domestically and internationally. Must be able to walk through production areas, occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, and wear PPE as required in factory environments.
