We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead our engineering teams in driving manufacturing excellence through innovative engineering solutions. This role will focus on enhancing production efficiency, ensuring product quality, and leading continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the manufacturing engineering team to deliver high-quality products efficiently.
Develop and implement manufacturing processes that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Oversee production planning and scheduling to meet customer demands while optimizing resource utilization
CNC machining and programming experience
Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate defects in manufacturing processes.
Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet safety and quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all manufacturing operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize equipment for manufacturing processes.
Manage projects related to process improvement and equipment design from inception to completion.
Conduct root cause analysis for process failures and implement corrective actions.
Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to enhance manufacturing capabilities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
Strong knowledge and experience in Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing methodologies.
Proven track record in process improvement and production planning.
Experience with quality control techniques and tools.
Excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in CAD software and equipment design.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on cost reduction strategies.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and automation technologies.
