Engineering Project Manager Job Description We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle of enterprise projects. In this role, you will develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate timelines, and establish strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans including roles and responsibilities, project milestones, scope, and success metrics. Coordinate project timelines and schedules. Establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including executive leadership. Engage all related departments regarding requirements, tasks, completion dates, and work in process. Utilize stage-gating product development process to manage project requirements, timelines, and meet technical and financial objectives. Contribute to product development planning initiatives required to support product portfolio strategy. Essential Skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in leading and managing large-scale, cross-functional projects. Consumer / industrial products experience required PMP Certification preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications Operational and/or manufacturing project experience is a plus. Work Environment The role offers a hybrid work schedule with the flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
