A Mechanical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing mechanical projects from inception to completion. This involves planning, organizing, and coordinating activities related to mechanical design, construction, installation, and commissioning.
Specific job duties may include:

Project Planning:

Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets in accordance with customer requirements and company standards.

Resource Allocation:

Coordinating the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure that project deadlines are met.

Risk Management:

Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with the project, such as safety hazards, cost overruns, and delays.

Communication:

Communicating project progress and status to stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.

Quality Control:

Ensuring that all work performed meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Project Documentation:

Maintaining accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
