We are currently seeking a dynamic and experiencedConsulting OSP Engineer to join our world-class team of experts.

This role is critical in providing top-tier consulting services toour esteemed clientele, focusing on outside plant (OSP) and insideplant (ISP) engineering. The successful candidate will have a deepunderstanding of pole and conduit licensing procedures, fibernetwork route design, and aerial or underground facilities. Thisposition will require the application of your extensive AutoCADexperience and a keen ability to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide consulting services to clientsregarding OSP and ISP engineering, including design, installation,and maintenance. 2. Leverage your expertise in pole and conduitlicensing procedures to ensure all projects adhere to necessaryregulations and standards. 3. Design and implement fiber networkroutes, considering both efficiency and cost-effectiveness. 4.Provide guidance and recommendations on the use of aerial orunderground facilities based on project requirements andconstraints. 5. Utilize AutoCAD to create detailed and accuratedesigns, plans, and schematics for OSP and ISP projects. 6.Identify and troubleshoot issues in the network design andimplementation process, leveraging your strong problem-solvingskills. 7. Maintain proactive communication with clients,stakeholders, and team members, ensuring all parties are keptinformed of project progress and any potential issues. 8. Stayupdated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and bestpractices, applying this knowledge to improve our consultingservices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,Telecommunications, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in OSPand ISP engineering, specifically in pole and conduit licensingprocedures. 3. Extensive knowledge and experience of fiber networkroute design. 4. Familiarity with aerial or underground facilitiesand the unique challenges and opportunities they present. 5.Proficiency in AutoCAD with a minimum of 5 years of experience. 6.Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a track record ofresolving complex technical issues. 7. Strong communication skills,with the ability to maintain open and proactive communication withvarious stakeholders. 8. A keen eye for detail and a commitment toaccuracy and quality in all aspects of work. 9.
