We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to step into the role of Permanent President for our rapidly growing manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be a proven leader, with a track record of driving revenue growth, financial stewardship, and team building in the manufacturing industry. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative company at the ground level. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and expertise in the alcohol beverage distribution and cannabis industry, with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities:

As the Permanent President, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the strategic direction of the company. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Driving revenue growth and financial performance of the business.
2. Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
3. Leading and managing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
4. Overseeing the company’s operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
5. Applying your expertise in the alcohol beverage distribution and cannabis industry to drive growth and market share.
6. Demonstrating strong financial stewardship, ensuring the company’s financial performance and growth.
7. Nurturing an entrepreneurial culture, encouraging innovative thinking and risk-taking.
8. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent President role will have the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles such as CEO, GM, COO, or President within the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience in driving revenue growth and financial stewardship.
3. A track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
4. Expertise in the alcohol beverage distribution and cannabis industry.
5. An entrepreneurial mindset, with a proven ability to think creatively and take calculated risks.
6. Strong people leadership skills, with a track record of developing and nurturing talent.
7. Experience in a ground floor executive role, with a proven ability to shape and drive the strategic direction of a business.
8. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
