Senior Electrical Project manager Position Available In Mecklenburg, North Carolina

RESPONSIBILIITES

• lead a team to manage the construction of large-scale data centers
• oversee project management, estimating, billing, collections and team development
• develop project scope, establish project timelines, budgets and resource allocation
• work directly with vendors, clients, staff and subcontractors to ensure timeliness and satisfaction
• manage RFPs and change management forms

REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years of Construction Project Management experience
• 5+ years of Electrical Project Management for large scale, complex IT/telecommunications infrastructure projects, including data center installations
• experience with data center electrical distribution systems, cabling, and white space fit-out
• experience with retrofits in operational facilities

PREFERRED

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field OR a combination of certifications
• Mission critical project experience
• PMP or PMI-Scheduling Professional (SP)
