Analyze client’s complex financial data, architect complex data and business intelligence solutions, and make recommendations to leadership on business intelligence solutions based on data analytics. Define business requirements for business intelligence data solutions. Develop and implement reporting models, dashboards and KPIs that support business insights and strategic decision making. Develop and implement advanced analytics models to support the problem statement. Lead the analysis of complex data sets to uncover new insights. Engage in peer level discussions with the C-Suite / C-1 Suite of client organizations, and partner with them as a trusted analytics advisor. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of analytics projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Ensure rigorous data governance and compliance with relevant data protection and privacy laws. Ensure analytics function operates efficiently, with robust processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting. Continuously improve the quality and accessibility of data and analytical outputs across the organization and share within our Knowledge Management repositories. Advise on how analytics can drive value and competitive advantage, crafting tailored solutions to meet client needs. Engage with senior stakeholders and clients to understand their business challenges, requirements, and objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for further engagement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the position offered or in a related role. All of the required experience must have included experience with: designing and implementing data analytics solutions using Azure Data Services, Amazon Web Services, Snowflake, Oracle Data Warehouse, or BigQuery; using SQL or DBT for data wrangling and data transformation; understanding the design and functionality of finance systems such as General Ledgers or Sub Ledgers; ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools; APIs (application program interfaces); understanding and building robust data warehousing solutions; programming languages such as Python; and Version Control and Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment tools such as Git. Position requires domestic travel up to 25% of the time. This role entails hybrid work, with time split between working in our Charlotte, NC office and flexibility to telecommute from another U.S. location.
Salary:
$170,000 – $210,000/year.
