Summary We are seeking an Engineering Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Engineered Tower Solutions. In this role, you will oversee engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects are executed efficiently and effectively. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for quality and timely delivery. Engineering Project Manager The Engineering Project Manager ensures effective communication and proper project flow across potentially multiple divisions. The divisions involved will be primarily within the engineering divisions but may also include communication and coordination with inspections and construction. The EPM will also solicite, coordinate, and manage subcontracted work. This role focuses on enhancing inter divisional communication, improving timelines, coordinating critical tasks, and resolving client issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management Manage multi-task projects spanning multiple divisions with the company. Manage tasks requiring subcontractor services. Manage project creation and process setup, including the posting and accessibility of project documentation and communication records. Secure all necessary client-side deliverables, such as purchase orders and missing documentation. Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with client expectations. Provide clear and consistent updates on project status through dashboards, meetings, and direct communications. Perform site visits related to projects requiring subcontractor services or other tasks in order to meet timelines Performance Metrics and Management Implement quality control measures to meet all client requests and needs with precision and timeliness. Organize regular feedback sessions with internal teams to discuss client satisfaction, identify successes, and explore areas for improvement. Minimize project delivery or completion issues that delay accurate and timely invoicing or payments, such as missing purchase orders, and flag them with leadership if necessary. Client Relationships and Advocacy Serve as a project liaison for clients, maintaining regular communication to ensure high client engagement and satisfaction. Expand the client contact database through networking and relationship building. Identify and develop opportunities for additional services, advocating for clients within the organization. Proactively address issues to prevent service disruptions and ensure a positive client experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience with 6-7 years.
