Junior Engineering Manager:

2+ years of experience in construction, CapEx, or an engineering-related role Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline Strong analytical and IT skills, including the ability to: Extract and analyze data from databases Develop visual reports and graphs to support communication Create training materials (preferably graphic or slide-based) for knowledge transfer A systematic thinker with a passion for process improvement and digital tools Compensation and Benefits of the
