- How you’ll make an impact
- Rotate through key functions like Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Services
- Lead action learning projects that drive real business outcomes
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to understand customer needs
- Support proposal development and strategic planning
- Learn the ins and outs of inventory and operations management
- Immerse yourself in sustainability and operational excellence initiatives
- Build leadership skills that amplify your impact across teams
- Contribute to a culture of innovation, safety, and continuous improvement
- Your background
- Senior undergraduate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- Anticipated graduation by May 2024
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project planning
- Self-driven with a passion for leadership and operational excellence
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
