In thisrole, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to work withboth public and private clients across all industries on a local,national and international scale. This role is ideal for someonelooking to grow their career in the areas of land development,water resources and environmental engineering. Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Project Managers to establish project goals anddeadlines.
  • Plan, design, and construction oversight of a varietyof utility water and wastewater projects for municipal, industrial,and private clients.
  • Create site layouts, roadways, grading,erosion control and/or stormwater management system plans.
  • Develop exhibits, construction drawings and specifications forprojects.
  • Perform basic engineering calculations.
  • Interactdirectly with public and private clients. Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, EnvironmentalEngineering, or a directly related field.
  • Entry Level and/orminimum of 1 year of engineering related experience desirable.
  • Ademonstrated interest in land development, water resources, orenvironmental engineering.
  • Professional experience using eitherAutoCAD, Civil 3D, or a similar design program.
  • Ability to meetproject deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skillsto represent McConnell & Associations in a professional manner withclients. Engineering Design Preferred Qualifications
