RSP Group is working with a leading contractor in the Life Sciences sector searching for a Project Executive in Raleigh N.C to lead the successful delivery of complex biopharma and GMP facility projects across the U.S. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in
EPCM/EPCMV
project execution, proven leadership across multiple active sites, and a track record of client success in the life sciences industry. Key Responsibilities Oversee multiple large-scale, highly technical life sciences construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning Lead regional strategy, operations, staffing, and client engagement Collaborate across internal teams (Design, Engineering, Project Controls, Finance, and Risk) to ensure project delivery aligns with corporate and client expectations Manage budgets, resource planning, forecasting, and performance tracking Drive business development: lead proposal efforts, client presentations, and Go/No-Go reviews Serve as executive contact for clients and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationship growth Required Qualifications 10+ years of construction management experience, including 5+ years in Life Sciences or Biopharma (e.g., labs, gene therapy, API manufacturing, cGMP) Proven success managing EPCMV or CM project delivery teams across multiple sites Deep understanding of CSA and MEP systems in life sciences environments Executive presence with ability to lead client interactions, team development, and risk mitigation Strong financial, contract, and vendor management capabilities Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Benefits A Competitive Salary including a performance based bonus 401(k) plan with a generous employer match Medical, Dental, & Vision Benefits Paid Time Off
