  • Hydraulic Modeling who will help foster our mission that All People Should Live in a Safe, Sustainable and Beautiful Community while being engaged on project assignments serving our municipal, federal, industrial, and other clients!
What You Will Be Doing:

Lead the development, direction and completion of solutions within complex hydraulic modeling projects which may include forcemain, watermain, lift stations, pumps, municipal wastewater collections, municipal water distribution systems and networks
Utilize your expertise and project management skills to in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling projects, as part of a project team, or for standalone solutions for agencies, municipalities, and private clients
Lead at team of junior staff and promote the growth of technical skills
Provide oversight in preparing, presenting, and communicating data developed from models for stakeholders and decision making
Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure the execution of complex assignments to meet client goals, schedule, and budgets
Cultivate and maintain client relationships in dynamic markets to position for growth of our business

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil or environmental engineering.
Licensed Professional Engineer
10+ years’ experience in water and sewer system design, analysis, and planning
Experience managing and mentoring staff
Experience with project management, proposal development, and business development
Strong working technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment is essential
Requires a Driver’s License or Public Transportation as may travel to various facilities and job sites Supporting Our Employees There’s life at work and life outside of work.
