$166K – $260K a year 1 day ago Qualifications Senior level Full Job Description The Vice President, Stormwater Construction & Rehabilitation is an executive role responsible for leading the stormwater construction and rehabilitation team. This person will provide strategic leadership, direction, management of the day-to-day construction operations and the vision necessary during construction to ensure the overall successful delivery of each project. This person will work on multiple projects simultaneously while managing internal and external resources to achieve overall company and project deadlines / goals. This individual will also play a supplementary role during the planning phase of a project, helping identify and assess risk, manage expectations around schedule, quality, constructability and feasibility through-out all phases of development.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of stormwater construction and rehabilitation projects. Ensure projects meet specifications, budgets, and timelines.
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor project managers, site supervisors, and other staff. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, inclusive of our interior departments, such as engineering, consulting, service line management and business development.
Resource Allocation:
Ensure efficient use of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Quality Control:
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all work meets industry standards, compliance regulations and client expectations.
Safety Compliance:
Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and industry standards. Parter with Director of Safety to promote a culture of safety within the organization.
Client Relations:
Maintain strong relationships with business development and clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage project budgets. Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Reporting:
Provide regular updates to the CDO and other stakeholders on project status, financial performance, and operational issues.
