Your Role
An exciting opportunity is available to join our organization as a Head of Global Automation & OT Engineering US.
In this role, you will lead a team of experts for automation and IT/OT infrastructure to provide it’s services among large capital projects with focus in North America. You are responsible for developing and executing the global strategy for automation and operational technology within our organization. This role involves leading the implementation of advanced automation solutions and OT systems to enhance operational efficiency, drive innovation, and support business objectives. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation technologies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Who You Are
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering or related discipline. Master’s (advanced) Degree preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in automation, operational technology, or a related field, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
Expert knowledge in process control design and applications in process industries with a strong understanding of robotics, IoT, and data analytics.
Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders.
Advanced understanding of industry wide technology trends and best practices.
Expertise on standards and guidelines.
Keen to act flexibly and cope with changing conditions in a cross functional global network.
Business travel of up to 40% both domestic and international.
