- Metals Contribute to the development of financial and technological goals by participating in planning processes Apply technical expertise to develop existing and introduce new processes; identify and develop process innovations to support the site’s vision and long-term direction Design and execute plans while leveraging the latest approaches and achieving organizational short

- and long-term goals; regularly review performance and initiate corrective actions as needed Ensure manufacturing capabilities, product and material application, and tool design standards are considered with respect to the implementation process Coordinate and monitor compliance with all legal and internal HSE requirements Develop employees, drive talent acquisition and management processes, and foster a proactive and collaborative work culture Envision the impact of potential future trends and proactively drive necessary changes, while encouraging creativity and initiative from employees Qualifications of the Engineering Manager•Metals Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in engineering roles within the metals manufacturing industry Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory position Strong understanding of metallurgical processes, materials science, and manufacturing techniques Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards Excellent communication skills Ability to inspire and motivate self and others while taking full accountability for actions and results We look forward to connecting with you about this Engineering Manager•Metals opportunity!
