BAE Systems is seeking an experienced andenergetic Chief Engineer (CE) to help lead our established andrapidly expanding engineering team in the CEMA Business Area. Ouremployees work on the world’s most advanced electronics, you’ll beamong the brightest minds, working on the aerospace and defenseindustry’s most difficult problems. We are looking for a CE who cansuccessfully assess customer technical requirements and lead theeffort to derive the system technical baseline for a major newprogram. In this role you will be the ‘hands on’ technical lead ofa program, ensuring the system(s), product(s), and service(s) beingdeveloped and delivered are viable, fit for purpose, and willsatisfy customer needs, product/system requirements, and themission and/or application. ACES is a diverse and growing productline with several advanced technology development programs as wellas high-rate production programs with a common mission to protectthe warfighter. $147300 -$250400Please note: This range is based on our market paystructures. However, individual salaries are determined by avariety of factors including, but not limited to: businessconsiderations, local market conditions, and internal equity, aswell as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, andexperience.
