Do you want to join a team committed to developing and supporting Archer, which is our next generation governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platform? Corporate Risk is seeking a passionate and hardworking professional to join the team! You will be accountable for maintaining GRC platform as well as responsible for managing a dedicated team of Risk Professionals/Business Analysts supporting the implementation and adoption of this GRC platform to a broad set of businesses across Fidelity. The ability to build effective working relationships with business leaders to champion support of the GRC platform implementation, enhancements and related initiatives, strong influence and change management skills are key elements to success in the position. You will personify the Fidelity Leadership Principle Thinks and Works across Fidelity by collaborating with multiple BUs, Risk and Compliance groups. Vice President, Risk We are in our journey to continue to develop and mature a next generation, best in class, GRC platform to facilitate risk and compliance business process, data storage, analytics, and reporting. This position is accountable for maintaining relationships with business experts, leading the timely execution of various enhancements to existing use cases, and facilitating the ongoing system maintenance. The Expertise You Have Risk and/or compliance management experience for large financial organizations Ideally 12+ years of experience using, implementing and managing Archer or other large GRC platforms in a financial services environment Managed large risk/compliance transformation or technology enablement programs Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent Strong problem solving, analytical, and project management skills Demonstrated ability to lead working groups and maintain collaborative, working relationships internally with business partners Demonstrated ability as an effective people manager Thrive in a dynamic organization where priorities shift to respond to business The Skills You Bring You have in-depth knowledge and expertise of Archer or other large GRC platform You are accountable for delivering high quality results in an accurate and timely manner You are a strategic problem-solver who approaches work with an open mind and sense of creativity by challenging current practices and recommending improvements to mitigate risks and drive positive change You possess the ability to build strong and expansive working relationships with internal business partners to inspire change, improve the efficiency and effectiveness of risk management processes You are an excellent communicator with strong executive presence You have strong influence and negotiation skills The Value You Deliver Manage the full lifecycle of application development (e.g., requirements gathering, testing, data conversion) while providing Archer product/business process expertise to ensure long-term program success Manage a process to facilitate the ongoing maintenance (e.g., enhancements, problems) Provide ongoing Archer expertise and support Lead and provide guidance to the business analysts on the team Drive continuous improvement of users GRC experience, configuration, effective risk lifecycle management and business process engineering efforts Play an impactful role as part of the risk management organization The base salary range for this position is $123,000-$207,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
