Develop and execute comprehensive business plans aligned with company objectives. Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Lead organizational change initiatives to instill a progressive, adaptable, and customer-focused culture. Drive lean manufacturing methodologies to optimize operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders. Ensure compliance with health & safety, regulatory, and quality standards across all operations. Lead, mentor, and develop the senior leadership team and broader workforce.
About You:
Proven experience as a Managing Director, General Manager, or similar senior leadership role within the packaging or manufacturing industry. Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated success in driving culture change and embedding continuous improvement mindsets. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with lean manufacturing principles and operational excellence. Commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities. Inspirational leadership style with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
