Job Title:

Senior Engineering Project Manager

Salary Range:

$150k-$160k, based on experience

Location:

Woodlynne, NJ

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Travel:

25%

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee plant expansions and equipment installations to enhance production efficiency.
Implement new technologies, including mechanization and robotization.
Design and manage projects, including planning, budgeting, and supplier relations.
Participate in occupational health and safety processes andmittees.

Qualifications:

Technical training in mechanical or industrial engineering.
Experience in the private manufacturing sector.
Proven ability to lead and manage small project teams.
Strong leadership, collaboration, and team-building skills.
Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects across various sites.
Knowledge of continuous improvement processes (e.g., Kaizen, Six Sigma).
Experience in project budget management and presenting capex (ROI) with Gantt charts.
Hands-on presence in floor operations.
Autonomous, resourceful, energetic, dynamic, and innovative.

Education/Training:

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Engineering degree preferred.

Experience Requirements:

10 years of experience in engineering/project management.
5 years of experience in food processing.

Physical Requirements:

Occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, and climb stairs.
May occasionally lift or move office products and supplies.

Other Duties:

May require occasional travel to otherpany locations or for training purposes.
Standard office hours with some flexibility required for closing periods and audits.
