Job Description
Develop and execute strategies to identify, select, and optimize a network of Decentralized Manufacturing Units (DMUs) and Clinical Trial Sites (CTS) to support clinical and commercial goals.
Job Requirements:
Degree in biomedical sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, biomedical engineering, or related field 10+ years of experience in cell therapy clinical research and GMP manufacturing Experience managing relationships with Clinical Trial Sites and Contract Manufacturing Organizations Proven ability to forecast and monitor demand and performance metrics Experience balancing supply and demand in a regulated, complex therapeutic environment
Preferred Skills:
Strong knowledge of logistics, risk assessment, and cost-effectiveness in the context of site and manufacturing strategy Familiarity with technology implementation in decentralized manufacturing or clinical trial operations Strategic planning experience in global or regional network development (EU or US focus)
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to select and optimize DMUs and CTS locations Prioritize site and unit selection based on demand, capacity, risk, location, logistics, and technology factors Ensure alignment of network with product development and commercialization goals Monitor and forecast supply/demand metrics and performance indicators Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain efficient and compliant operations Serve as primary contact for strategic planning related to network infrastructure and scaling efforts
