The Manager/ Senior Manager, Supply Network Design & Operations – Oral Care (OC) will be a core member of the global supply network design and operations team focused on the oral care category (excluding toothbrush and device). In this role, the individual will work with the team to deliver our supply network agility, resiliency and efficiency to drive business growth.
Responsibilities of this role include:
global network sourcing initiatives, supply network modeling, the volume and capacity management process, business continuity and risk management activities, Funding-the Growth, Portfolio Management, and project management/point of contact working closely with Global Functions, Divisions and Plant teams to deliver NPD innovations.
- Main Responsibilities
- + Define global sourcing strategy for existing portfolio as well as determine the source of global core innovation (H1) launches + Act as the project manager and collaborator with Business partners, Global cross functional teams, and Division E2E Supply Chain teams on global core innovations and global projects + Define supply contingency strategy, monitor risk, and implement contingency programs to ensure business continuity + Act as the global business owner of supply network modeling, and leverage modeling for strategic and tactical network decisions + Collect, validate, and consolidate global volume & capacity.
Involve in investment plans related to new product development and capacity expansion + Support global Long Term FTG program management, working with Global functions (EOC, R D, Packaging, Procurement, Engineering teams) to unlock opportunities that fuel the growth + Support OC Portfolio Management to reduce complexity & drive efficiency for production plants + Be a translator to leverage D&A capabilities to streamline network operation process and enhance productivity

- Qualifications
- + Bachelor’s degree above in Operations Management, Logistics, Planning, Engineering, or related science + Do yo have at least 6-8 years of experience in Plant operations, production planning, industrial engineering, supply network planning, demand planning, packaging, engineering or similar + Capability in Business Acumen, Supply Chain Strategy, Network Design, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Financial Fundamental + Being Digital, continuous learning in digital and analytics skills •Compensation and Benefits•Salary Range $120,000 – $168,500 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
