• Evaluate construction plans, blueprints and information gathered during on-site visits with customers
• Analyze work plans and develop a systematic approach to carry out the work in an effective manner
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for Industrial, Municipal and Commercial projects
• Coordinate work with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors as necessary during both proposal development and implementation phases
• Conduct on-site evaluations as needed to review project scope and to identify the resources necessary to perform the field work.
• Perform field measurements and coordinate equipment fabrication with manufacturers to suit field conditions.
• Maintain established project schedule and budget requirements weekly, identify and document change order activities
• Attend customer meetings and present schedule updates throughout the course of the project
• Work as a team player in preparation of bid and estimating documents.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4-years previous commercial, institutional, and industrial project management experience
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical equipment, materials and specifications.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints. (Electrical & Mechanical)
• Experience with Primavera and/or Microsoft Project scheduling a plus
• High energy individual that is self-motivated and committed to personal and professional success.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Experience with contract documents such as contract drawings, subcontracts, contract addendum, specifications, and change orders.
• Work under the direct supervision of the management team.
• Experience performing complex design/build and conceptual estimating.
