The data scientist will partner with business andoperational leaders to provide an impact by leveraging data andanalytical tools, strategic thinking, and hypothesis-based analysison machine learning (ML)-based projects. The data scientist isresponsible for modeling complex business problems throughstatistical, algorithmic, mining, and visualization techniques.

Further, they will support senior leadership by creating businessinsights, reports, and analyses to aid in the decision-makingprocess.

What You’ll Do:

Translates business needs intoanalytics/reporting requirements to promote high quality code,highly available systems, and autonomous operations. Performslarge-scale experimentation and builds data-driven models provideinsights from system logs, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines,databases, etc. Researches and implements cutting-edge techniquesand tools in machine learning/deep learning/artificial intelligenceto make data analysis more efficient Apples statistical analysisand visualization techniques to various data, such as hierarchicalclustering, principal components analysis (PCA) machine learningDesigns and conducts data analyses with the highest standard ofrigor and scientific accuracy; this includes study design,methodology, algorithms, and statistical modeling

What You’llBring:

At least six years of relevant project experience insuccessfully launching, planning, and executing data scienceprojects, including statistical analysis, data engineering, anddata visualization Proven experience in conducting statisticalanalysis and building models with advanced scripting languagesExperience leading projects that apply ML and data science tobusiness functions Specialization in text analytics, imagerecognition, graph analysis, or other specialized ML techniques,such as deep learning, is preferred Fluency in multiple programminglanguages and statistical analysis tools such as Python, C++,JavaScript, R, SAS, Excel, SQL, MATLAB, SPSS Knowledge ofdistributed data/computing tools such as MapReduce, Hadoop, Hive,or Kafka Strong understanding of AI, its potential roles in solvingbusiness problems, and the future trajectory of generative AImodels Willingness and ability to learn new technologies on the jobAbility to communicate complex projects, models, and results to adiverse audience with a wide range of understanding Ability to workin diverse, cross-functional teams in a dynamic businessenvironment Superior presentation skills, including storytellingand other techniques to guide and inspir Education A bachelor’s ormaster’s degree in computer science, data science, statistics, or arelated field

Pay Transparency Salary Range:

$122,500-$210,000Overtime eligible: Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes Salesbonus eligible: No Actual base salary will be determined based onseveral factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills,qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees areeligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to basesalary, employees may also be eligible to participate in anincentive program.
