You will work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to drive revenue growth, market adoption, and product innovation. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role that combines strategic vision, operational excellence, and deep go-to-market expertise. The ideal candidate brings a strong SaaS background, a proven track record in scaling enterprise technology solutions, and the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams globally. Key Responsibilities Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution Own and lead the global GTM strategy for the SaaS Management business. Define market segmentation, ideal customer profiles (ICP), and value propositions for key verticals. Partner with the global Sales team to develop and implement sales enablement programs, pricing strategies, and growth initiatives. Collaborate with Marketing to craft compelling messaging, demand generation campaigns, and brand positioning that resonate with enterprise buyers. Align closely with Revenue Operations to monitor pipeline health, sales forecasting, win/loss analysis, and GTM KPIs. Business Leadership Drive business performance with accountability for Bookings and Revenue for the SaaS Management practice. Develop and execute annual and multi-year strategic plans that align with corporate objectives. Provide business insight and regular updates to the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors. Product-Led Growth & Customer Focus Serve as a bridge between the field and Product Management & Engineering teams to ensure market feedback drives the product roadmap. Drive innovation by identifying unmet customer needs, competitive gaps, and emerging trends in SaaS spend and license optimization. Champion customer success by supporting account expansion, renewals, and value realization efforts. Cross-Functional Team Leadership Lead and inspire a cross-functional team across GTM, operations, and product to achieve high performance, accountability, and collaboration. Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation, speed-to-market, and customer-centric thinking. Develop world-class talent across the GTM functions. Qualifications & Experience 12+ years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS, with at least 5 years in a senior GTM, General Manager, or Business Unit leadership role. Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling SaaS products, including ownership of sales and marketing strategies. Deep understanding of SaaS Management, FinOps or broader Technology Business Management solutions is preferred. Experience working with or leading global, matrixed teams. Experience successfully building a business preferably in a start-up environment Strong financial and analytical acumen Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. The OTE salary range for this position is $275,000-$325,000.
