Active Directory Engineer
Active Directory Engineer needed for a 6+ Month Contract in New York, NY working Hybrid!
Our client is seeking an Active Directory (AD) Engineer, who is a self-starter, to help with the ongoing integration and support of their environment. This position is 3 days a week onsite and 2 days a week remote , the client is in mid-town NYC.

Responsibilities:

Design, integration, implementation and support of the AD environment to support various projects and initiatives.
Monitoring of the AD environment and respond to alerts as needed.
Provide support as needed.

Candidate must have:

At least 7 years of relevant IT experience.
At least 5 years of AD experience.
Expert knowledge and experience with Active Directory including GPOs, DFS, RBAC, SPNs, Security Groups, replication, etc..
Good knowledge and experience with monitoring AD.
Experience with implementing and troubleshooting AD group policies both at the Domain & OU level.
Experience with SecurityMonitoring tools that monitor changes to AD.
Good understanding and experience with DC and role distribution for a highly redundant environment across two datacenters.
Experience creating user
