What You’ll Do Lead with vision

• Drive the architectural direction of Vessel, balancing aesthetics, function, and manufacturability. Think beyond traditional architecture
• Apply a product design mindset to buildings, developing repeatable, scalable solutions that push the industry forward. Collaborate cross-functionally
• Work alongside industrial designers, engineers, fabricators, and developers to ensure seamless integration of architecture, technology, and manufacturing. Innovate relentlessly
• Leverage digital fabrication, parametric design, and emerging materials to drive efficiency, sustainability, and exceptional design. Solve the housing crisis
• Address one of the most pressing societal challenges by designing a new generation of housing that is beautiful, sustainable, and attainable.

Who You Are An architectural visionary with a track record of pushing the boundaries of design and construction. A problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of architecture, industrial design, and engineering . A leader who can inspire and guide a multidisciplinary team to execute at the highest level. A technologist with experience in parametric design, advanced manufacturing techniques, and prefabrication strategies. A mission-driven innovator eager to apply your talents to make a real impact on the world. What You Bring 10+ years of experience in architecture, industrial design, or a related field . Expertise in design for manufacture and assembly (DfMA), digital fabrication, and high-performance building design . Proven leadership experience guiding design teams in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments. Deep knowledge of materials, construction methodologies, and emerging building technologies. Proficiency in parametric modeling (Grasshopper, Dynamo), BIM (Revit), and advanced visualization tools.
