The Enterprise CRM Solutions (eCRMs) team was created in 2024 as part of the company’s Framework for Winning. Core to our purpose is reimagining the platform solution-delivery model to dramatically improve our strategic agility, speed to market, effectiveness of delivery and transparency. The eCRMs team creates solutions for the Sales and Customer Domains via respective platforms by harnessing the power of Data, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence to offer powerful selling and re-selling engines to acquire new clients and expand existing client relationships for Sales, Account Development, and Marketers across the Enterprise.

We are looking for Senior Manager, Digital Portfolio Management to partner closely with internal eCRMs product and engineering teams, Portfolio Management teams for lines of business, and Portfolio Management operations to manage the Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) process. The role will be responsible for overall prioritization, planning, management and execution to drive the Sales Domain product vision and strategy and addressing key enterprise priorities. This role will report to the Director of Sales Portfolio Management and assist in building out the portfolio management function for eCRMs. This role will be responsible for tracking progress, delivering recommendation, and facilitating discussions with senior leadership through various governance forums.•

Responsibilities:

•+ Drive LPM activities for the Sales Domain within eCRMS.+ Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business, and Operations stakeholders to plan, manage, and execute strategic initiatives across the eCRMs portfolio.+ Develop, maintain, and communicate portfolio-level plans, timelines, and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.+ Identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints across projects and work with cross-functional teams to proactively mitigate.+ Produce executive summaries, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and steering committees.+ Support prioritization efforts across multiple programs and initiatives, balancing competing demands and lines of business priorities.+ Foster collaboration and transparent communication across product, engineering, and lines of business to ensure initiative success.•

Qualifications:

•+ Minimum of 4 years of professional experience working across product development and engineering teams.+ Strong enterprise and customer mindset with a track record of influencing others
