• Description:

• + Manage all aspects of the package development process including conceptualization, initiation, design, development, and manufacturing + Understand overall form, fit, and function with stock and custom components + Responsible for submitting package test request and comprehension of results + Capable of building bills of materials and writing F&A’s (technical writing) + Attend functional and finished good line trials + Assemble required test components, validate the proper quantity, and information is present for line trials + Liaison with creative, marketing, R D, product development, quality, TPM, etc + Maintain a strong understanding of our global cosmetic business + Review and validate technical drawings + Develop and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers + Issue standards and range boards for new components + Review and approve primary and secondary artwork + Capable of working independently and collaboratively + Attend local trade shows •

Qualifications:

• + Bachelor’s degree in technical field, preferably in Packaging or Mechanical Engineering + 3-5yrs experience + Excellent administrative, technical writing, and verbal skills + Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point + Highly organized with a keen eye for detail #LI-CH2 The base pay range for this position is $110,000 and $135,000/year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location.

Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation. This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on company performance. Employees are covered by the company-paid basic life insurance policy and company-paid short-term disability insurance (the benefit commences upon hire and allows for a portion of base salary for up to 26 weeks if you are disabled).
